Here’s an opportunity to sponsor items that GAC attendees use, love, and take back to their office. Up to three of your representatives can be handing out your giveaways at the front of the exhibit hall (outside of your booth) on the day you sponsor. Plus, you get your logo on the items. - Congressional Directory $15,000 SOLD
This directory is handed out to all GAC attendees. Before attendees visit Capitol Hill, they check this essential directory for facts and figures on congressional representatives. This is a useful, all-year-long reference guide. Your company name/logo, along with the conference logo, will be printed on the back. - Cybercafé $15,000
Your company can sponsor the always popular Cybercafé with free Internet and e-mail access for attendees during conference hours. In addition to signage, your company’s name and logo appears on each computer screen. You also have the opportunity to provide your own mouse pads. - Name Badge Lanyards $15,000 SOLD
A very visible item! Your logo or name will appear along with the conference logo on the name badge lanyards. Name badges are required for conference admittance, so this is a sure-fire way to keep your name in front of all attendees. - Pedometer $15,000 SOLD
Here’s a healthy traffic-building opportunity. A prize will be awarded by your company to the attendee who walks, runs, and dances the most steps at the GAC. Your sponsorship includes pedometers imprinted with your logo, distribution exclusively from your booth, plus signage in the hall inviting attendees to pick up the pedometer and play the game. - Relaxation Station in the Exhibit Hall $12,500
Your sponsorship includes three massage therapists during exhibit hall hours and a booth for a massage station located next to your booth. You can enhance traffic with an advance mailing of tickets for free massages. - Specialty Coffee and Mugs $12,500
Attendees certainly love and appreciate their coffee at GAC’s continental breakfasts. As sponsor of a specialty coffee station, your company logo will be imprinted on coffee mugs, featured on signage, and printed on napkins. - Pocket Agenda $12,000 SOLD
This sponsorship provides a full panel (dimensions approximately 3.75” x 4.5”) for your company name, logo, and marketing message on the much-used agenda. - Insulated Lunch Bag (2 opportunities) $11,000
This reusable, insulated bag will be packed with the Tuesday lunch. It’s a fun and practical giveaway with plenty of space for food and a beverage. Your company’s logo will be imprinted on the front. - NEW Conference Mobile App and Wireless Network $7,500
Get your name in attendees’ hands when you sponsor the Conference Mobile App. This app will include all the conference essentials: schedule, speakers, maps and local restaurants, and a directory of all sponsors and vendors. As a sponsor, you’ll have a rotating banner at the top of the app and a splash ad when users access the wireless network. - Conference Pens $10,000 SOLD
Your name/logo will be in hand as attendees use conference pens imprinted with your name/logo. The pens are included in attendee registration materials. - DC Walking Map $10,000
Attendees will need an easy way to familiarize themselves with the surrounding area, and what better way than a customized map imprinted with your company name/logo. Company description up to 100 words can be provided. - Exhibit Hall Map $10,000 SOLD
Attendees will find this map and list of exhibitors invaluable as they navigate the exhibit hall. Your company name/logo and a 100-word description of your company appear on the map and point the way to your booth. You also have a panel for a full-color ad, dimensions 3.75” x 8.5”. - Hotel Key Cards $10,000 SOLD
Be seen at check-in and every time attendees enter their rooms. The key card sponsorship includes your company name/logo, as well as a “visit us at our booth” message printed on the hotel key cards. - Starbucks $10,000
Draw traffic to your booth with this Starbucks sponsorship. You'll receive 1,000 giftcards valued at $5 each and valid at most Starbucks in Washington, D.C. and the U.S. - Welcome Center Refreshments $10,000
The Welcome Center is the place where everyone gathers during the conference. With a refreshments sponsorship, your logo and company/name will appear on signage near the refreshment table as well as on the napkins. You can display company literature on a table near the refreshments. - Coat and Bag Check $10,000
Attendees will thank you for this much appreciated service. In addition to your company’s name on signage, each attendee who visits the coat and bag check area will receive a claim card with your company logo. - Go Green! Bags $10,000 SOLD
These bags, imprinted with your logo, will be available at the front of the exhibit hall and in your booth as a place to stash goodies and handouts.
